  • Once you have placed an order with Golden Eagle Coins, you have entered into a binding agreement. If you cancel your order for any reason; your credit card will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee as well as the difference between your confirmed price and our market ask price. (See Our Market Loss Policy)
  • Your order will automatically be canceled if we do not receive payment within five business days. Your credit card will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee as well as the difference between your confirmed price and our current market ask price.
  • Golden Eagle Coins reserves the right to refuse an order if your payment is not received within five business days after the order is placed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order if our quoted price is incorrect, due to typographical or system-related problems.
  • All credit card order returns are subject to a 5.00% restocking fee.
  • Full 10 day return privilege from the day you receive your coins (does not apply to bullion coins)
  • Coins removed from original holder are not returnable
  • Returns on certified coins subject to 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
  • Due to market fluctuations, all prices subject to change without notice.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Photos are representative of product only.
  • All personal Checks are held at least 10 working days or until funds have cleared.
  • Bank Wire, Credit Card, Paypal and Postal Money orders are processed immediately as long as address is valid.
